OUR JOBS
Shearing
In industrial sheet metal, fine sheet metal, the purpose of shearing is to cut the sheet.
To meet all your needs, we are equipped with Amada technological machines that will ensure a perfect finish during cutting, whatever the metal used ( steel , aluminum , stainless steel ...), the thickness and the desired rendering.
The machines are equipped with a fixed blade and a movable blade. The cutting is concentrated on a thin part which will allow to have an optimal result.
Punching
This technique aims to perforate or shear sheet metal in complex shapes.
We can therefore respond to all of your requests as far as possible, taking into account the metal and the desired thickness.
In our workshop in Montreuil at the gates of Paris, we are equipped with punching machines which will allow precise and rapid cutting.
Our maximum sheet punching capacity is 6mm for steel , stainless steel , copper or brass and 5mm for aluminum .
Folding
Sheet metal, sheet metal, bending is therefore an object to bend the sheet. Thanks to our 8 Amada press brakes and our 2 Trumpf press brakes, we are able to meet all your needs.
We can handle requests for steel , stainless steel , aluminum etc. and we can go from simple folding to the most complex. However, depending on the metal chosen, the thickness, and the desired project, the complexity may be far too risky to ensure reliability and / or robustness.

Laser cutting
This technology will make it possible to cut a wide variety of metals.
Speed and high precision are the main advantages of laser cutting. Our machines present in our workshop will allow you to meet all of your needs after validation from the design office depending on the metal chosen and the thickness.
Our Trumpf machines work with a beam of light or with optical fiber. These two technologies will allow the sheet to be heated and cut.
We are able to cut sheets up to 4 meters by 2 meters in size.
